Private executive intelligence. Confidential by design.

How EDC Protects Participants

ABOUT EDC

A trusted executive network built for consequential decisions.

Executive Data Council® is a private network of senior leaders shaping how data-driven organizations think, govern and execute. Built on trust, confidentiality and intellectual rigor, EDC brings together executives across finance, technology and industry who recognize that data and AI are now central to enterprise value and accountability.

Mission

EDC exists to help senior leaders make stronger enterprise decisions by combining protected peer exchange, validated executive perspective and practical action.

What EDC does

Through curated councils, closed-door forums, research and strategic programs, EDC equips members and selected partners to understand operating reality, challenge assumptions and move from conversation to useful outcomes.

The evolution

EDC grew from years of convening senior technology and data leaders through BCI Summit and related executive programs. The strongest value was never the stage or the size of the event. It was the candid conversation before and after the formal program - the moment when leaders compared what was actually working, where decisions were stuck and what evidence they needed. EDC was developed to make that protected exchange the center of the model and to turn it into continuing executive intelligence.

From executive convening to continuing intelligence.

EDC evolved from years of private executive convening and closed-door exchange. The current model places protected working discussion, continuing councils and validated executive intelligence, not the stage, at the center.

Max Artemenko

Founder & Executive Director

EDC was founded to make protected executive conversation the center of the model rather than a side effect of an event. The ambition is to build the intelligence layer between enterprise leaders - where trusted peer experience can be compared, validated and translated into better decisions across AI, data, technology, risk and transformation.

As the network grows, every contribution should make the network more valuable: helping leaders see around corners, learn from one another and act with greater confidence.

The value of the network depends on the quality of the room.
