Controlled participation
EDC determines eligibility and protects the composition of executive sessions. Registration does not create a right to attend or transfer a seat.
Trust is not a promise on the page. It is the operating system.
EDC is valuable only when senior leaders can participate without uncontrolled exposure, attribution or commercial pressure. Our standards define how rooms are curated, information is handled, interests are disclosed and follow-up occurs.
Trust commitments
No recording by default
Private sessions are not recorded unless the session has been expressly designated for recording and every applicable participant has consented.
Attribution control
Comments are private or non-attributable unless an individual separately approves attribution.
No attendee-list resale
EDC does not sell attendee lists. Partner access to participant information is limited to disclosed program purposes and appropriate permission.
No pay-to-pitch
Payment does not provide a right to deliver an unsolicited product presentation to an executive working session.
Permission-based follow-up
Commercial introductions and follow-up occur only through the applicable EDC process and permission standard.
Disclosed interests
Relevant partner funding, commercial relationships and conflicts are disclosed at the appropriate level.
Purpose-limited data use
Information is collected and used for defined program, application, research, relationship and administrative purposes described in EDC policies.

Defines what may be repeated outside a private session and what may not.
Attribution and Publication Standard
Defines the four attribution levels and how EDC publishes what it learns.
Partner Participation Standard
Defines the boundaries that protect executive independence when a commercial partner supports or participates in an EDC program.
Partnership does not purchase control of the room, its participants or its conclusions.

Defines how signal is captured, validated, labeled and published.

Practical session standard
Before a private session, participants receive:
- Purpose and agenda
- Who is expected in the room, at the appropriate disclosure level
- Recording and media status
- Attribution rule
- Partner/host disclosure
- Photo policy
- Follow-up process
- Contact for concerns
Incident and concern process
Participants may report confidentiality, conduct, privacy or commercial-outreach concerns to a named EDC contact. EDC will acknowledge the concern promptly, investigate proportionately and take appropriate corrective action, which may include removal from programs or termination of a partner relationship.

EDC publishes its standards, methodology, legal scope and basic program information without registration, and applies the same standards to members, advisors and partners.
