EDC Advisory Council members contribute experience, perspective and judgment to the Council's direction, standards and program quality. They help ensure that EDC remains relevant to the leaders carrying real responsibility for enterprise AI, data, technology and risk.
Scope of the role
The Advisory Council is advisory and does not exercise corporate governance or fiduciary authority unless a separate written appointment expressly provides otherwise.
Mandate
The Advisory Council advises on:
- Priority topics and emerging executive pressure
- Council and program quality
- Trust, independence and participation standards
- Research questions and executive-intelligence outputs
- Relevant leaders, collaborators and institutions
- Long-term EDC positioning and value to the executive community
Roles and commitment
